A heart of spiral roses

Another "I love you" card.. and I love it!!! Yeah, It's gorgeous!!! It's made of cream colored spiral roses.. on a maroon color card. I love to work with this color..It's  such a rich color..  cream, beige or silver would go nicely with it.. What I most like is the roses.. coz they look lovely.. and my brother said.. wish he could eat them..coz they look like icing flowers!!! hahaha!!! I had to make about 3o flowers for this card.. so it's very time consuming.. 

Once again I used silver to write the greeting... Well Silver seems to go with any color...!! hehe I've been using lots of silver recently!!!

Also I added a cream color piece of paper inside to write your own wordings.. This card comes with a cream colored envelope with some silver heart on it...

Quilled Thank You Card

Since I've been making lots of Birthday cards and love theme cards, I decided to do a 'thank you'

card.. Also I wanted to use the new square type card that I've used recently.. I love this color combination.. Red and Yellow... I think they go together very nicely.. I love working with yellow..coz I've got more shades of yellow..

The thing is when you are crafter.. you need to have every color.. but unfortunately.. you have to go with what's available in the market!! That is a big problem I'm having now.. I can't have the shades of the color I want.. there's just only few shades available... :( However when it comes to yellow, I can find some shades....

Again I used quilled heart shapes to create the flowers..using the shades of yellow.. The greeting is written in silver.. I think Silver and red goes perfectly well..  so a very simple design with a nice color combo!! I didn't wanna add anything else to it.. cos I don't like crowded cards much.... The envelope is soft yellow and have a little design on the front..

This card can also be customized..with any kind of greeting cards.. it's perfect for a birthday or a mothers' day too...

Lotus Pond

Here goes my first card with spiral roses or lotus!!! I always wanted to create a pond on a card.. Well, I hope this one looks like a lotus pond.. that's why I added lotus leaves.. hehe... I love creating scenes on cards.. I already made few gardens.. and hoping try some other scenes too...

Also I'm trying a new size for my cards... I love this square card.. there's so much space do the design.. I added the greeting in glittering blue.. I got this new glittering color pen set... and I love it.. the moment I set my eyes on it I thought I'm going to buy this whatever the price is!! Luckily it wasn't very expensive!! hehe..

Anyway, I think I like the design that I did for the envelope rather than the design on the card..!! hehe.. It's the most beautiful envelope I made so far... Also there's a piece of soft yellow color inside the card to write your own words... I add some glitter to the corners of the card..just to give some shine...!!

This card would be suitable for a birthday, to say thank you or even for a mothers' day... that is for you to decide!! Just tell me how you want the greeting to be customized!!

Spiral roses..or lotus!!!

I've been enjoying making spiral roses for the last couple of days... However I'd rather call them "Lotus"!!! Coz it looks like lotus to me!! he he he...  Making  this type of flower is not hard.. and the best thing is.. you don't have to cut stripes.. which I hate the most!! Wish I had a paper shredder...:(

Anyway I'm hoping to do some designs with this flower.. I already made one greeting card... I couldn't take the photographs coz  when I finished it..it was already evening.. So, Ill do that later... how ever you have to get this flower as flat as possible.. otherwise the height of the flower will be too much and it would be very difficult to insert the card into an envelope...!

 Hello there.. here I am again... I'm really sorry that it took me this long to post something new!! I promised you that new designs are on the way.. Well, I got terribly sick just as the vacation started.:(  So I couldn't do anything for about a week... Anyway, I'm better now and hope to get on with crafting..

So let's get back to the design above.. This is a custom order for a good friend of mine and she wanted it for her brother.. I was given full power to any kind of design that I like...

I used this metallic blue color card.. Added a piece of soft purple color paper..with a silver code... I love these codes!!! I have more of this code in another colors.. and hope to do more designs with them... Then I added this quilled flower with a stem and a leaf.. Also added some soft blue color spirals... The greeting is written in silver.. There's a piece of soft purple color paper inside to write your wishes... The padded envelope comes in the same soft blue color... And YES this card is customizable!! As you can see there's plenty of space to write at sides!! So, if you are interested please let me know....!!!

Back again....

Hi guys... Well, the exams are over...:) What a relief!!! he he ... anyway.. that means I 've got loads of time to do crafts... Well, I just got the mess in my room sorted out... hehe.. ya it was such a mess that I couldn't even find my craft knife.. yeah... however i found it in my box of ribbon!! wonder how it end up there...!! So now everything is ordered and in place.. and I can finally start my favorite hobby crafting... !! I have some ideas going  through my mind.. now it's time to put them  into action!! Also as I said earlier I hope to experiment some new ideas... I haven't made any new designs yet..
However I'm having a bit of a problem... Well, my internet connection is very slow... so uploading images has become a problem.. but however I'll try to post them here as soon as I get them done....!!
